MindArk PE AB , the Swedish company behind Entropia Universe has just been granted initial approval for a full banking license with the Swedish Financial Authorities. The plan is to operate an in-world bank with proper credit facilities .

Technically when the full banking license is granted, MindArk would meet the criteria to open as a recognised bank in SL, though nothing in the article above indicates they have any such plans .
