The only unprofessional and immature moves I've seen throughout this issue, have been the moves made by Simone via Prok, in her efforts to turn the table. The efforts which pushed Lala (and her business) into a corner where the only way out was to provide proof that contradicted Simone and Prok's claims.

Additionally, as I have already stated, that the first move was made by Simone, which gives Lala not only the right, but the responsibility to make public the truth about the incident. If that proof came in the form of 'private' information, then so be it, the first blow by Simone made all that 'private' information public.


Protecting your company image by providing contradictory evidence to claims that could cause it damage is hardly un-businesslike. As far as Lala and LCO being flakey goes, that remains to be seen, however, the agressors in this case (Simone and Prokofy) have a long established reputation of being flakey.

What behaviour? Again, see above, Lala was pushed into a corner where she had to make a business decision to save the image of her company, the actions of Simone and Prok invalidated any amount of 'privacy' attached to those logs by insisting that Lala prove her case, and by fabricating the fantastic story about content theft.


This is the game that Prok often plays, fabricating her own version of the truth, pushing her opponent to prove otherwise, then trouncing them when they do. We've all seen it happen, many times, some here have even been victim to it themselves. It's very sad to see so many people falling for her game. I hate to admit it, but I think Prok has won this round, she's accomplished exactly what she set out to do and turned the masses on her victim.

You don't even know what Simone is saying, you are going by something that is maybe true, maybe not.

What we do know for fact is LaLa is passing out customer account billing information. She feels justified in doing this and some people think it's justifiable too. Hey, it's her business, I personally think it's not cool. I also think that if I were her, I wouldn't feel like I have to justify myself to any of Prok's BS.

Maybe given all the drama queens involved it's just a publicity stunt for the lot of them and their failing venture.

We know that this story has been told to at least two people, Prokofy and someone Lordfly knows.

Simone has been friends with Prok a while. I don't think it's possible in the least she didn't know what Prok would do when she told her the story.

Lala was accused of serious things, real, serious things, that aren't little play fashion drama. She was tried for it without anyone asking her side, and then when she took steps to prove her innocence she was "ZOMG U POSTED PRIVATE INFOS" in response.

I still ask how she's expected to defend herself against serious accusations in a manner that won't get you all freaking out about privacy breeches.

The larger issue to me was that LCO was potentially ripping people off. That's what bothered ME when I read this thread. Then I looked further and saw it was complete bullshit made up by Prok and apparently Simone.

I don't think Prok would just make up some story about Simone and LCO.
So I don't truly think that Simone didn't say this stuff Prok is relaying via her blog.

If I had a conversation with two friends about some business shit going on that was fucked up and then they wrote it all out on the SLU forum and on their blogs..and then LaLa posted my billing status. I'd be serious pissed.

LaLa owes Simon an apology for talking about her billing status and Simon should pay her f'ing bill and pull out of that vamp nest.

There I solved it.

Birds of a feather? You obviously do not know me... I have been an advocate of content rights since day one. So kiss my ENTIRE ass summer! (notice the small caps on the "s"?) I don't know you from a fly on the wall. Keep my fucking name out of your mouth. I am creative director for LCO and hell... I got the same deal Simone got.... 1st month free...only 1st! About the welcome center items she had up for free .....that is stated as a prerequisite for ANYONE using the welcome center for ADVERTISING!.... She placed over 75 objects there for free when I personally asked her why so many, she told me that she was doing it for her customers so they didnt have to rebuy everything. I said I couldnt afford to do that . Simone's time was up and therefore her content removed from there.
As far as her content being left on her island.....Now i dont know anyone that wants there island deleted imediately if they were late paying or couldnt afford it this week. they finally pay and your island is gone? thats bullshit! Id be pissed as hell! You wouldnt want that and neither would I. Actually if she pays her bill...she will find that she had made a few sales in her absence according to the notes of those that tried buying to see who gets the money.

Masses? Look, if their business model is so weak that they'll suffer losses or go under entirely based on some blog post, they ought to consider a new endeavor. I mean, really, just how many people do you think are contained in your masses?

Prok is a nosebleed, I've felt this way within about the first week of reading her blog, a couple years ago. Even with a few occasional insights that strike true, it is all pretty much devalued due to the delivery. No responsible, respectable business would or should ever allow themselves to end up arguing in a forum like that.

If this situation had been handled that way, I'd agree, except that by Simone remaining silent on the blog, while LCO's reputation was being trampled, she opened herself to having that information posted. Lala was left with no choice because Simone did not come to clear the matter up. It would have been a simple matter for Simone to post an account of what happened on Prok's blog, clearing LCO of the damages done by Prok's poison pen, and preventing Lala's need to clear the company's name by any means nessacary. Simone's rights to privacy and to be pissed were negated by her own inactions.
