Tagline: Was Open Life invented by pedophiles?

I found this approach a bit bewildering and interesting, yet not in a funny way...

All I know is Lalinda Lovell is a HUGE advocate for Open Life.

She had quite a few sims on Second Life that were heavily geared toward child avs. They looked innocent enough at a glance until you saw the poseballs and skybox rentals at 30 minutes a pop. Needless to say they became rampant trolling grounds for pedophiles, which she did not discourage.

So, after the LL crackdown she packed up her toys and moved them to Open Life. Whether she had anything to do with the creation of Open Life is beyond me, but it's pretty apparent what her intentions are.

Not Open Life.... Litesim. It's based on the Open Life project, but, is a standalone entity. (^_^)

And while it's easy to refer to [sexual] ageplayers as pedophiles... That's a bit umbrella. (T_T)

As for the [sexual] ageplayers thing, if someone is attracted to and physically stimulated by sexual acts with a child (child avs in this case), yes i would consider that person a pedophile.

By definition, a pedophile is an adult who is sexually attracted to children.

No pedo happening in OpenLife that I ever saw. Child Avatars are not banned but I have seen less then a handful there.

OpenLife has to stay within the laws of USA (servers are here), Australia (founded there and owner lives(D) there and Taiwan (Main office is there because labor is cheap). Ownership is protective of the place and illegal things such as gambling, etc that LL cannot have (due to servers, offices, etc) apply there too.
