SineWave's doing a little pub quiz on OSGrid to help us test the software while running it in a profiler. We're aiming for about 100 avatars or so to get a nice good test.

Details as follows:

The Sine Wave Pub Quiz
A social gathering in OpenSim
First prize in the quiz - USD $500
Meet other OpenSim users
Friday 10th October 2008
Start time;
5.00 pm GMT
12.00 pm EST
9.00 am PST / SLT
Duration:
40 minutes including prize giving

Free to enter!

To everyone who hasn’t visited OSGrid.org before or don’t have an account – you can register and set your start location on the www.osgrid.org website.

If you need a viewer to connect, the Hippo Viewer works well for cross-grid travel and is auto-configured for OSGrid already.

Finally, you'll want to register in advance (not required) if you want us to notify you if there's any relocation of the event, etc. You can do that here: The Sine Wave Pub Quiz | Sine Wave

Yes - the big problems with inventory have been that there was a protocol change, so everything prior to revision X was broken there. If there's still issues - the region hasnt updated in a while.
