Dream State grid?

Someone on SL Forums asking if CentralGrid and DreamState grid are the same.

Website is pretty simillar and she claims her user name was known by DreamState already after she signed up on Central.

If anyone knows, maybe you can help out?

SL Forums

Maybe CG is trying to start anew?

Sounds like that "Rockstar" performance last week or two by Cathy did not help them.

Speaking of... just providing linkage in case someone finds this thread but does not see the other.

Centralgrid.com: any info ?

And they would do better with a little professionalism on that website. It looks like 1999 all over again.

I do enjoy how Firefox 3 indents their entire Geocities -- er, I mean Professionally Web Hosted -- page about 6 columns to the right.

And an Alexa button! And a "live traffic feed!" Man, I can't wait for high-speed internet. Maybe in 1999.

And a lens flare! And a poorly-animated gif banner!

This kind of web design requires vodka.

Or living in Indiana.

Dream State Grid is NOT owned by Central Grid.
Dream State Grid is a private label grid, running within the Central Grid Platform.

Oh hi Cathy, welcome back!

I believe I proved that a lie in post #2.

Dream State grid?

Also please explain now how your own virtualworldsearch website operates an illegal search engine with fixed results.

That's why their domain is registered by the same people who own centralgrid.com

Because dreamstategrid.com is a private label. That's also why the technical contact of that domain is also an employee of Spider Advertizing as well.

That's also why both grids are participating in the fake search engine as well.

I am not seeing any other "private label grids" in it. How much more do you have to fork over for that prestige?

Joshua Nightshade - Get a life dude.

What is a fake search engine? LMAO

How can you make a FREE search engine into a scam?

Should we post all our clients to your bashing?

I think we need to drag your ass in court. You up for the challenge? Joshua Nightshade

Do you think your statements will hold up as truth in a court of law?

LMAO

It's not a search engine if it doesnt do any you know, searching.

It just shows the same static list of links each time. Palming that off as a search engine is kind of ridiculous.

How do you make a free search engine into a scam? Pretty easily, you fix the first and second spots in the results so that no matter what you search for, your stuff always comes up on top.

Actually, "lol", I just realized it's not even the first and second search results that are the same, it's ALL OF THEM.

Virtual World Search - Find any Virtual World Website.

No matter what you search for, that's the link you get sent back.

No matter what you search for, you get identical results on everything, with Central Grid and Dream State grid at the top.

I am amazed to see you enter the ring Adam.

Search Engine will search based on the meta tags of the websites listed.

Search for a keyword that is not used, and you will see the top 10 most clicked links.

Every search I put in got those same 10 results.

I do find that is shady at best. What happened to "Sorry, no results were found?".

Right, but that kind of behavior runs you afoul of the FTC Guidelines for Search Engines.

It's shady at best - it's very very simple to put a notice up "Sorry, no results were found".

Did you read the FTC guildelines?

No Pay Per Placement in this search

There are no FTC guildelines on something free.
