It takes a lot of gall to make such claims. NO, I did not know CGI was only land management for bank land, you claimed to both myself and patrick that the land belonged to CGI. You never said a word about CGI having ANY debts when you were negotiating merging CGI into BNT in the week before you poofed. Were you lying then or lying now? Or both?

We merged all CGI shareholders into BNT other than Jasper Tizzy and his scam alts. Patrickj Ah held 65% of remaining CGI shares, shares he had bought at market with real money, over 2.5 million L$ back when you were pumping your own stock with rosy filings and no reports of any liens on the land.

On the contrary, the bad press started circulating as soon as you started admitting to people that Maltos Sosa and Mr Grid were both Frank Corsi.

You came to me for advice, and I advised you that the only way for you to get past your past mistakes was to own up to everything and come clean. Instead what you did was attempt a whitewash and placed blame on everybody else but yourself.

Because you constitutionally are incapable of admitting fault for your mistakes and failures, and are so transparently a shyster about it, you have failed to get past the bad PR, as I predicted would happen.

Finally, I never 'took the assets for myself'. All funds from liquidating the unoccupied CGI mainland went into BNT company projects that have built its net asset value for all its shareholders, including the CGI shareholders. At the same time, I voluntarily eliminated 67 million shares of my personal holdings in BNT, reducing my ownership in the company from 87% to only 60%. When have YOU ever done something selfless for the betterment of others? Never.

You were already two weeks behind on tier when you poofed, so of course you lost the land. I offered it to the bank depositors, but nobody wanted it then, they wanted their money from you.

Now, if you had done the responsible thing and encumbered CGI with loan debt, and liens against the land, to document and prove a connection (if that is how you paid for the sims), the depositors would have a claim to the land, however at the same time, we would never have been interested in the merger which you proposed if it came encumbered with debt.

Not my problem. Your bank was YOUR responsibility, and you NEVER proposed merging it with BNT, even when you were first proposing merging BNT into CGI rather than the other way around.

It is apparent to some now that the real reason you engaged in the campaign to trash myself and BNT's reputation to destroy our share value was so you could get ahold of our sims to liquidate because you must have known you were seriously upside down and needed liquidity to keep going.

CGI investors invested in the CGI IPO on WSE, and you kept claiming 100% occupancy and fantastic profits to boost your share price to over 4.00 a share, so you could daytrade your own shares. Its obvious the main reason nobody knows what the hell was going on inside your own company because you didnt have a single lick of records about anything.

Patrick had 65% of CGI (including his alt). Of the 11 sims CGI owned, you liquidated 8 of them before you poofed from SL. What is worse, you left a tier bill with LL on the CGI group of over 1500 US which Patrickj Ah had to pay to get that mainland out of hock. it was a week away from complete seizure by LL. If he did not pay it he could never have transferred it to BNT in the merger. Thats ANOTHER debt you left for someone else to pay.

The facts clearly show that Jasper Tizzy was the worst businessman on the grid, and now your pisspoor handling of this, refusing to come clean and admit your wrong and made mistakes, demonstrates you are unfit to lead the operation of Central Grid as well. Given your past experience, nobody with land in Central Grid will be able to trust that you will keep the server bills paid.

Please forgive me for necroposting, but I had to get closure on this.

I have used it a little and have talked to the owners. It's VERY VERY ALPHA. That's the main problem. The owners seem decent and honest, imho. Maybe they are super slick con artists and I'm just naiive. But, they never lied to me about anything AFAIK. I'm not in CG right now, but I may go back one day.

YMMV. I'm simply giving you my opinion. If you hate it, cool with me.
