I'm not seeing what OSCC has to do with opensim development, personally.

OK, I'm using words which have a technical meaning in a very loose sense. I meant people who are developing within an Open Simulator environment, probably, rather than Open Sim development in terms of developing the platform. I was sloppy, sorry.
