I have NOT watched this. Knowing what it is, that it deals with genital mutilation, I really choose not to, but I was wondering if anyone else has watched it and what was your reaction? There are TONS of reaction videos on YouTube--which I'm actually quite grateful for, I probably would have watched it had it not have been for the reaction videos.

Do NOT watch this--unless you're a freak, into massive S&M, or don't mind throwing up.

The video looks real...some of it looks very real. But there are parts that give away that it's fake. Take note of how easily he plops his actual testicle from his scrotum...to some people this might look real...but that's not how it works. Also, take note of how easily he slices through his penis with that knife...no sawing or anything...and that wasn't a Ginsu...

Overall it's sick as hell...fake or not. However, it is fake.

Also, just for the record...it took three savvy internet-goers 30 minutes to find a working link to this video. You guys may have more luck...but we had a tough time (not counting P2P software).

If you want a real fun time, watch Two Girls One Cup, an then the BME Pain Olympics back to back. Sheesh...it's amazing God doesn't zap us all right here and now.

Haven't looked but I can't imagine anything legitimate will be on YouTube. Especially if it's involving any sort of nudity or mutilation. If it was uploaded it will be pulled quickly.

It won't ever make it to Youtube. In fact, it's freakin' obscure as hell...very difficult to find (without selling your system to viruses).

I can't remember where we found it. But the site wasn't very 'legit' let's say. I don't think any legit site would host it.

The dude is nude...and cuts his dick and balls off in a very realistic way. What site would want to host that?

Also turns out I've seen it some months before, my brother had the link on his YM.

IMO ... um ... didn't cringe and it looked very fake. Based on how the flesh behaved during the cutting it seemed like it was made of weak latex, clay, or dough something like that. Part of the blood on the cutting board looked too thin to be real.

Yeah, I don't think it's fake - have seen a lot of these kinds of videos often done by people on PCP (according to others who know more about it than me).
Certainly more realistic than films have managed (see Hostel 2).

Oh, and yes, really, if you've not seen it - your life is better off for having been spared it (the guy chiselling off his finger is pretty freaky too and in some ways, much worse)
