Hey, thank god for progress...the very early internet had sites like this on it. Thank god the progression of web browsers, plugins, software, and hardware...or else we could be looking at a lot more of these kinds of pages.

While the congested mess of icons and links makes the page hard to understand and use, it's the 100% saturated (and uncoordinated) colors that make it look cheap and unprofessional.
