Yes, go into User CP, and click Edit Options - scroll down to the Date & Time Settings section, and you can set your local time zone.

Definitely C, you aren't my type anyway even in a closet. I will admit though, my favorite rumor still is that I paid off Mother to shut down Second Citizen BECAUSE I WAS JEALOUS (because obviously all of this is such a catch!).
