A carry-over thread.

So I had jury duty today for the first time. I went into it being bored and pissed but halfway through it started to get kindof fun and by the end of the day I was looking forward to serving.

Except I didn't get picked.

They picked four people from our 20-something group and sent everyone else home.

That and it's going on five days and the fucking backup to my site STILL hasn't been restored. It took me screaming at 1and1 for an hour today to get an assurance that it would be done "within six hours." Which runs out in two, and Ima cut someone if it ain't done by 1 am.

I had a bad nose bleed a few nights ago. I must have thought I was drooling in my sleep as I turned the pillow over while still half asleep, covering both sides of the pillow, the sheet and the matress with blood. What a fucking mess.

So, I went up to Brooklyn last night to see a show. Joshua didn't call me back, now I know why.

The show got cancelled because my friend's band's van got rear-ended by a tow truck on the way up. They are all okay, but it sucked... the good part, however, was we got to hang out with Nexeus, Misty, Crucial, Sidra and my friend Andy.

We tried ya on Monday evening anyway, Joshua, just in case you had a change of heart. We were all out pretty early, and it wasn't a late night, so I figured a school night meet up might not have been out of the question.

Oh dear god.

I'm dealing with that myself, of sorts. Of the four they're pretty sure only one is in question, thankfully, and I'm just willing myself with my magical powers that it grows in the correct direction.

I'm terrified of doctors and surgery and I don't think I can even handle getting one removed. I've put off getting a cavity filled for almost a year because it gives me anxiety attacks scheduling the appointment.

Thanks Josh. The procedure itself was a breeze, the aftermath once the local wears off is foul. Vicodin my ass, they should send people home with a morphine drip for this shit....
