Well I left the hotel room late and can't seem to find anybody. I have woefully few cell phone numbers to keep track of the various trolls here.

So I walked out to sit by the pool on my laptop until I realize, oh yeah, THE SOUTH IS FUCKING HOT.

So now I'm back in the hotel lobby in case anyone wants to come and say hi or have sex.

I can't get their version of MSN Messenger to install on my N95, and he asked me if I'd tried clearing the cache and rebooting.

I can't stand people who aren't genuine. I'm sick of posturing and posing and the subconscious or purposeful attempts to impress or connect. It's manipulative, and a waste of time, yours, mine, and everyone you've ever talked to, to try and be something that you aren't. Flip flopping around like a gasping fish is not attractive, if you feel some way, feel it and admit it. Don't try to force me/people to make a certain judgments about you, trying to is only going to fool the idiots and then you'll have idiots for friends.

This wasn't invited by anything here, but I got a dose of it looking at another forum and I was again realizing how much I love SLU.

The following is a short example of the ridiculous posturing I am utterly sick of:

Guy: Are you looking forward to American Idol?
Girl: No, I really hate it, it's rigged and generates useless pop stars and humiliation.
Guy: Oh... yeah, I really hate it too, it's stupid
Girl: Why are you wearing that American Idol T-shirt then?
Guy: Umm... it's my room mate's, it's laundry day and I had nothing else to wear
Girl: But you have a tattoo on your arm that says "Simon is my love monkey"
Guy: Uh... yeah, Simon is my room mate's name, uh... I was drunk"
Girl: Uh....huh.

There is a time and place for LARP, and that is not "always".
