You know when they tell you .. "hey don't take the radiador cap off when it's hot.." yeah.. well I hate to admit it.. I thought it was safe to take the cap off since I loosened it and steam had stopped seeping out. I burned my left hand. This happened at 7 am. It's now 9am and it still stings. The affected area looks red and I'm putting a wet paper towel on it to soothe it. I can't believe I did this. I'm so damn impatient. Uggg.

Yeah, my video card is a lemon.

I really don't want to send this thing back for a replacement. It'll probably take a couple weeks, and I'm not sure I can spend that long at this point without being able to do any work. And that's if I get a replacement, because I've certainly had glitchy hardware before that worked fine when someone else was testing it.

We just got back from seeing "Up!" Amazingly well done 3D, excellent story, great characterization, and Pixar's typical superb animation.

If you haven't seen it, you should at your earliest opportunity.

This is what occupies and consumes my mental state these days.

I can't remember how much cold medicine I took tonight. I'm fairly certain I haven't had any since Adam went to bed, which puts the dose I just took safely past the every-six-hours on the box.

But I can't remember, so part of my mind has started freaking out that I'm wrong about the timing and I've taken too much, which then leads it to freaking out about an overdose of paracetamol which then has me supressing a panic attack in bed and looking up liver failure on wikipedia from my iPhone in bed to try and calm myself down so I can sleep.
