Pskye, no disrespect but...

If they really found evidence of extraterrestrial life on the moon, don't you think it would have been a matter of oh... nanoseconds before the Pentagon was up there building a massive defense system or something? Instead of building little shuttles on the cheap to fly around the earth? Given the possible threat? And why didn't they go back and build a permanent base immediately? Lost interest in it for 35 years?

The sounds are from the person taking a video of his video on his TV - you can see the interference patterns on the TV screen.

I can't see much of anything in the video, though

it is far too overexposed.

Read my post! That video is crap quality because it is someone filming their TV - you can see moire patterns and the channel logo at some points.
The sounds are from that person's apartment.
