While I very much dislike Ann, I have to admit I got the impression that Ann simply made the mistake of voicing what many people quietly believe about their own ideology. Not everybody, but dare I say "most?"

I'm an atheist and I know a lot of folks in SL/SLU are as well. If I do a word replacement on this article, do you guys find it just as offensive? Here goes:

If Ann was advocating some kind of cleansing, or oppressive action to make Christianity the only game in town then that would get my hackles up (come to think of it, I'm sure she does in other articles.) But simply feeling that her ideology is the best ideology and that things would be better if everybody followed it ... I think that may be very common.

I can tell you're poking fun,

but I wanted to make a comment.

I think rather than worrying about being "lumped in" with different religious groups, we need to start celebrating our differences. I say more power to No Electrical Sabbaths! The Catholics have a really *kule* pantheon of angels and saints. The Mormons have a really pretty Tabernacle.

We need more

between the spiritual beliefs.

All of the attention she gets just feeds her insatiable appetite to have people notice her.

She's like an internet troll, except she actually ventures out into natural light to spread her animosity as well as posting it for the whole interwebnets to see.

On one hand, I admire her for having the tenacity to stick to her guns, since the people who want her to shut the fuck up are also the ones who would most likely bleat about oppression and the right to free speech if someone they supported were in the line of fire.

On the other hand, she's a raging cunt who needs to do some body shots with a frat house to loosen her up.
