Yay I got the job! And I am packing my stuff! I will be driving to Portland OR starting at the end of this week and during next week.

I am excited.

While I am travelling I won't have reliable access to forums and I won't have any access to SL. However, thanks to WAP version email on my phone, I should be able to read the text part of my yaho o email. So to be sure of reaching me, I am at brenda _a rcher_1 at yaho o dot com (minus the spaces).

I don't have any idea how long it will take me to get set up with broadband after I arrive, as this depends on what I can work out for living arrangements, so I might be on email only for a while. I will be able to check in here tonight but that might be it for a while.

And you'll like the MAX rails--they take you all around the main parts of the city. There's also a great sense of community in Portland.

I got there! The trip was harsh on me and my old car but we made it and there and there was some awesome scenery on the way. I'm going to hunt for a place to stay today, and I start work Monday.
