You can also turn the fan animation on and off via a chat command system. Included in the item box are three different fans, each with a different kind of animation--the animation determines the position of the non-fan-wearing hand while the fan is turned on. (For instance, the Wide Skirt Animation has the right hand positioned in the air to look as if it's resting on a large skirt. The Narrow Skirt Animation has the right hand resting near the holder's side, etc.)
