Use of Weapons, and Player of Games, are his 2 best IMO.

"Trailer Park version of SL".......LOL....yeah..well....safe to say the first flush of delight with SL wore off a long time ago.

I love Iain. For some reason my favourite Iain's are the stories on the periphery of the Culture - like Inversions or Use of Weapons. I think that SL is mostly like a trailer park version of the Culture lol

I was playing Piano in that one....hence the downward stare....hoping I was hitting the occasional correct key. :-)

I am a big fan of Iain M Banks.....when I first saw SL.....I was first thinking " WOw......The Culture"
