Ok I am all for helping people, actually I've spent alot of my secondlife doing just that, I did the whole live helper & mentor thing ect.
I came across a review on one of my texture packs recently where the customer purchased the pack, a pack which has sample pictures of every texture in that pack, these aren't tiny samples either, you can clearly see them.
Then they complain because A) a certain colour isn't in the pack, which they could clearly see and read...
