Most of my friends on facebook and plurk have been inundated with our progress but thought I'd update my other friends.
We have our public liability insurance which is essential for market stalls which we have been doing and have three so far booked for April. Have my food safety in catering class taken care of so I know how to stay clean and wash my hands and not have bugs, etc.
We had some friends approach us LAST YEAR mind you with promises of a pro website and graphics for free...

Update on our Poor Girl's Kitchen goings on. I only started this in May but with a lot of luck and work managed to make it into something that might grow. Slow but steady sales, a few custom cakes and an event where we set up a table and sold cookies and brownies. Including one called Mad Spice named after our own Injun Mad. We're getting a permanent place to sell our things, in an old art gallery that's being rebuilt into actor's and photographers studios, going to have a little tea room there...
