You can also do the sign for "happy" = "merry":

and then the sign for "Christmas", which is the "C" handshape made by the dominant hand, going away from you. To have it make sense, you need to smile when you do it and perhaps mouth/say at least "Christmas" with it (depending on who your audience is).
