I wondering if maybe the best thing is to ask you to delete the old acct so I could just start over again ?

Hi, I'm having trouble registering with Snapzilla. I have registered and sent a photo, but when I try to sign in I am not recognized. I tried to re-register, but was told I was already registered.

I'm sure I know my passward, but just to be sure I clicked on the forgot password link, and I was told that my email was not registered. When I click on the email address for help from Snapzilla a MS email page comes up. I use gmail. I copied the address onto gmail and sent Snapzilla a request for help 2 days ago but have not received a reply.

Do you have any idea as to what is happening? thanks
