It's the newest dance craze folks.

Here's what you do:

Walk up to random strangers and ask for money.

Ask for friendship as soon as someone talks to you, and get huffy when they turn you down.

Walk into a club and pester the dancers with questions about how to make money. Or walk up to people who are busy building, and pester them instead.

I was a newbie once. You were a newbie once. All god's chillun were newbies once. There's no shame in it,...

Well...ok, it didn't exactly die, in fact I think that the main computer is fine. But my display died -- and this on my lovely new(ish) MacBook Pro. Fortunately it's still under warranty, so getting it fixed shouldn't cost me anything.

So for the moment I'm back on my cranky old PC, and generally staying out of SL, which does not run well on it, and amongst other things tends to kick the fan into noisy overdrive as the graphics card heats up.

Time to join the blogging madness. As it's all about ego, I'll start with a few words about myself, for anyone who is interested. This is not all of me, but it will do.

Apart from Second Life, I play World of Warcraft (occasionally), I like strategy games such as the various versions of Civilisation and Age of Empires, and some FPS shooters, especially Unreal Tournament, again in its various versions.

I have three premium accounts in Second Life. My original account is...
