Not just that thread. I have no idea how many times I've let that affect the tone I saw in your posts, it just wasn't until you described your intent in choosing the terms that you did that I realized what I'd been doing.

I really do owe you an apology. I think just the contrast of the term theist cast a very "that other" tone when I read it that gave me the impression that it was something besides a simple descriptor. I think I've probably misinterpreted the tone of a lot of your posts, and I feel like an ass for it. I'm sorry.
