While i admire your gumption in asking for money a third time

And this time yu have gone to some effort to attempt soemthing more comprehensive this is still not a buniness proposal for any kind of investment

First off from what am reading any 'investor' will only get back what they put in, no more.

Secondly what are your expected intake for the business a month based on what you intend to price things at and therefore what is your expected profit expected to be. How long is it expected to be before the iinvestors see a return on their initial investments (if in fact you do actually intend to give them more than they put in?)

What forms of advertising do you intend on targeting, how do you intend on focusing your marketing in order for investors to see a return or even see their money back?

Are you willing to give your RL infomation in order for this to occur, given that it is in fact RL money changing hands, would you be willing to sign a RL contract to the affect that the investors will get their money back?

Will the inivestors hold the land until such time as they get their money back, or will thre be som other collateral offered??

Will copies of transactions and profit loss statements be handedover monthly? weekly? quaterly?

In all honesty im not sure why im bothering because i dont think you truely want an investor, you want someone to hand you money on a silver platter and you might maybe give some back when you decide you have enough lindens

But hey... this is what you NEED if you intend on asking STRANGERS for 'investment' money

So if someone *did* lend you the money for this venture - the full amount of L$17000, you would pay them back at a rate of L$100 a week, that's 170 weeks, or approx 3.2 YEARS before they get their money back, let alone see any profit.
