And I agree Matty boys make great neco's... wish there was more neko fashion for guys other then the street fighter grunge look.

Some good non SL Catgirl (and boy) references on the net again its Non SL but will give some background to where the Neko comes from.

The name list also has lots of links for further reading up on the characters and is a handy reference if your stuck naming a neko.
