Something really strange is happening to the name pool. The lindens have suddenly added dozens of names containing UnitTest followed by a seemingly arbitrary word.

UnitTestTopologica
UnitTestMedallions
etc.

These names have incorrect capitalisation, and some even contain ' characters.

I'm guessing a linden fucked up and accidentally released a load of test avatar names to the public.

I made a jira for this. Not sure what good it will do now though: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-2164
There are already hundreds of acounts using these. Most of them alts, I imagine.

Intriguing. Question: Could someone logging in with those names access something otherwise available only to Lindens?
Or are they exactly that? Just test names?

Also im not seeing the names on the account creation. So either the names have been taken off or that name watch enables you to get names not on the account creation part of SL site.
