Well, we will have both, lol. Luc owns a lot of land so I can indulge kitchen fantasies that normally would be out of the question.

2 Years in SL and with my partner for 1 of those years and I would say it's probably half and half. We can't be together in RL as much as we'd like (living in different countries), so SL and online is where the majority of our relationship occurs.

We do a lot of club hopping, both being DJ's and all, which we probably wouldn't do as much of in RL but we've also dabbled in Gor, and other RP venues (any recommendations? I need something to re-ignite my interest in SL).

The SL partner thing was mundane from the get-go. Also, repressive.

If the partner thing had had multiple slots to add multiple names it could have been something useful to all but as you could only have one "partner" the feature sucked; a designated partner had no additional rights or abilities granted just because his or her name appeared in the space in your profile, so why not have multiple slots? The answer will be related closely to Linden's ideas on what images we can and cannot display publically in the game. Images of Christ's crucifiction are ok, for example, but other depictions of pain and torture are forbidden.

I can't make any recommendations, Ikte, as Atia and I have not tried any RP at all as yet. In fact, I'd appreciate hearing from others on this. We're interested in Medieval-ish, Renaissance-ish stuff. Anyone recommend a venue along those lines?

Avillion, Shivar (I don't RP, but they look like nice places to do so, in the medieval-ish kind
