Any work in progress between February and June likely incorporated bits and pieces of her older work. It would be unwise to use any of that material right now, since it is part of the dispute. So, that work will need to be put on indefinite hold.

The safe course would be to paint entire new bodies from scratch, using only elements that were never published before. With a dispute like this happening, it won't do to put new details on earlier works. So, the realistic starting point would be a couple of weeks ago.

i cant say anyone stole other works because i dont have any prove even if u say it, i still dont have that prove, that will be diffamation, so as a user i stay away from make any judgment as far from stealing. so the sue agaings of curio is for copy, so the only thing she need to prove now is that the skins are not the same, now and if she think she stole one, well make another new one against her for the same reasons. i alrealdy learn that when u are going to for things like that, dont make a lot of noice because u r already letting the person what are you going to do and outsmart u, and that thing is what happend here either if someone find that is rude is what i see, curio make a lot of noice first and hush make the smartmove, in a war there always have to be an element of surprise other wise ur enemy will be prepare when u come.

If Gala has to do a whole new skin with every single layer being brand new, then a conservative estimate would be 4 months or more. If she's really fast and skips a lot of layers. For the level of detail that we normally see from her, I'm sure it took years to perfect most of those layers that she just can't use now.

I look at this fund raiser as a message to anyone who would try to copyright someone else's work as their own. It's the designers that we're buying from that are doing most of the donating. They're rightfully concerned about their own rights as well as those of Gala.

Those of us donating directly to Gala are doing it for our own reasons. Mine just happen to be a big FUCK YOU to Hush Darkrose. I don't wear Curio skins . The more money that is raised, the bigger the message will be IMO. I hope it goes above 100K. I really do, and I don't care what she does with it.

I sincerely hope that Gala wins this fight, but I see little chance of her ever receiving any compensation from the offending party. Plus, this could go on for years.

I don't care if some of the money is used for a bunch of pedicures to take some stress off Gala or as a % for the court fees. I just care a GENUINE content creator is not bullied and put into this position that can create hardship.

This is hugely personal to me that Gala wins for reasons I won't go into. I just wish her all the best and that right overcomes wrong.
