you can chat about any product you want..
a product is not a person or merchant..the group is called greenzone..not "we hate voodoo sploaders don't buy them"..
and defimation is basically about things that are not true..
noboday has ever said it can detect alts..all that is said is how it works when someone asks..if someone strays from the truth..someone usually steps in to correct them..you can give out information about products and also opinions..
buying it usually never comes up..it's using it is where we say what it does..
if we were saying look out it will find out all your alts..we would be lying because we don't know..
if we say it gets your IP and stores it on a database or links you to a web site..we are being informative..
i have never seen anyone lie when it comes to explaining how it works ..
mayeb they had thought they knew how..but they were corrected each time..
so really no defimation going on..GZ has always tried it's best to keep it truthful...

He says GZ seemed like an abandoned group with no leader. Perhaps he couldn't find anyone in the GZ group that took responsibility for the group's actions. Instead of continuing the public war with him, some people from GZ should contact him and discuss what the problems are.

I think that course of action adheres more closely with a community groups that helps as opposed to a group that long-time merchants feel the need to put every member on a ban list.

well not everyone in the group is there to help with educating..a lot come there for it..and a lot of panic goes on..the core members usually take control and look at things with a wider view..

myself i asked monkey a few questions that were legit questions onyl for information..and i never got an answer from him..
basically..if me and my husband wanted to play one of his sploaders at a club where they had it..would we both be able to play it..or would one of us only be able to and the other called a bot ?

i really was asking for real because my husband now has an account and i didn't know how it worked yet..
but i know how RZ did ..and if me and him were on the same IP and got on there..i wanted to know..were we going to be named and shamed right there in a club when we are a legit two avatars..
i asked more than 5 times and never got a response..

then a couple days later someone said this thing kicked them and called them a bot..so some of us tp'd there to see if it would do it to us as well..because it also told them they were a gz member..

i just wanted to see if it had me on it's list..and it did..lol
i didn't AR it or anything..just curious if it would kick me..

i ask straight forward questions that any person walking into a club would want to know..
i mean who wants to go to a club and get kicked because they are on a list and their avatar name matches up with an IP from a different club because they got on a sploader and were called a bot with their husband..and also put into a bot system that works in stores..

a lot of the core group tried to keep the peace in there..even in the RZ days when someone that used RZ and was coming in to find out what the big deal was..regular members would jump on them like it was open season..the core members would calm them down and try to have a decent conversation..when that happened ..most of those RZ users ended up dumping their RZ..

you don't get answers with noise..you get nowhere..so i'm sure he had a rude welcome..bu i'm sure at some point the core group stepped in also..
because when i got back it was not all up in the air and crazy..

he´s been doing this since the whole rz thing he was collecting ip´s without permition tru media just like zfire he aparently stoped soing it after the TOS changes, but has blamed the GZ group for it.

the group was dead quiet..one of the leaders is the one that gave that notice to the group yesterday about the talks they were having with monkey..so if it was abandon and monkey was just taling with one last week..
then chances are he is mistaken..
the fact is the group hasn't been active..
he is just wanting to play.. lol

ETA:and not sure if you noticed..but long time merchants don't put the whole group on ban lists..
it's those like Zfire and Monkey and JLU that do that sort of thing..
if you mean those type of long time merchants then ya..

I very much doubt monkey got so bored living his SL life and maintaining his business over the years that he randomly decided to start a war with the Greenzone group. Since GZ does nothing for him but cause him grief, GZ is probably considered a griefer group to him.

I'm glad someone from GZ is attempting to talk to him after a year of this little war going on. Perhaps there can be a happy ending.

you can doubt all you want..i'm just saying what has not happend in the group..what goes on outside of it i don't know..but as far as the group goes..it hasn't been active..

until yesterday i had all but forgotten about monkey and GZ because it has been so quiet in that group..i was enjoyng thinking about my new mesh cave and tunnle stuffs and getting ready to click edit terrain when i got this really funny notice out of the blue lol...

As far as I know, Green Zone was created for people to educate each other about Red Zone. Since the hammer came down on RZ, GZ has continued to educate others regarding services which improperly invade residents' privacy and disrupt everyday peoples' access to stores and other sites. (^_^)

It's like the "Dealing With Griefers" class a friend of mine teaches. Basically, there's someone clearly attacking general SL users and likely violating the TOS in the process. The people of GZ have a hub of discussion they can go to in order to help each other deal with such turds. (^_^)y
