What Was The Highest Auction Bid Per Sq. M. For Land?

I was watching today's auction rather closely, as there was a rare Grignano parcel in Nova Albion that went for L$255,010. It is a 1216 sq. m. parcel which works out to L$209.71 per sq. m. Does anyone know what the most paid per sq. m. in the Mainland Land Auctions has been? Or has anyone ever seen one that was higher?

I stopped bidding on this one at L$38,000! The old Brownstone Building Association just didn't have enough in the coffers to swing it.

I seem to recall Maxx Monde paying approximately $350 US for a 512 in Boardman a while back (2006 I'd guess), but that only puts it at 180/m2 when converted at today's prices.

Statistics were only kept on full mainland sims and that stopped on 9/06/07 when they stopped releasing sims and then later went to the new ebay system that does not let you see what past auctions sold for unless you catch it the day it closes or it's on your watch list. Did I mention that once again LL has replaced something that worked just fine with something that sucks balls?

The parcel, located on the east edge of Grignano between Thai Greenacre's mens store and the Fairchang building built by Lordfly, was purchased by Ericc Carter. He owns a private island and was looking for a a nice parcel on the mainland. He is a new member of the City Slickers group as well. I told him that Nova Albion's 4th Anniversary was coming up March 23rd and that there would be some celebrations to commemorate that.
