I read your posts in an ..odd.. accent. Mind you, knowing that an rp character I encountered was supposed to be from the American South didn't completely didn't help me not read their words in a completely weird half-cockney half-Cornish kid .. accent.. thing, so maybe even knowing what you're going for wouldn't help.

Hello there,
I was directed here after having the distinct pleasure of renting from Lighthouse Bruh! Let me sum up my experience with one word. RUDE!

There I said it! Now that the pleasantries are out of the way, as an actual PAYING customer of his Land Rental company, that's Lighthouse Rentals for any of you out there, the abuse is only worse if you dare to cross him in a land dispute.

Going in I hadn't had a Second Life home in years, and being the naive ninny I was decided to rent land with my Second Life friends. They found his rental company and we plopped down to our own little 1/4 plot. What ensues next will forever be regulated to my WTFSL files.

I logged in at 16:37 pm after a lovely day of grueling work. By 16:41 I was ejected, banned, and all 3,253 of my prims were returned to my lovely inventory. (Including the new rebuild of my mainstore that has yet to appear hooray me! ) Upon iming Lighthouse Bruh, because that's the avatar that returned my items to me I was informed my rent was late and I was a thief.. and many other sordid names. I paid my rental Thursday January 20th, and was ejected and banned by January 25th, a Wednesday. Now if that isn't fun I don't know what is!

(Explanation of Cheels and Jason, who are really Chelsea and Justin people I rented the land with.. We all owned the land together. No one had a chance to talk to me before I could have paid the tier. Had we had a chance to talk I would've even paid the tier a day early to keep the land from having so many prims to wade through, But ah-ha we finally get to the root of the problem and why he wanted to boot)

I've not spoken to you once before this, you could've imed me, it wouldn't have been too hard to. If I had seen it I would've contacted you and spoken with you at length bout a nice solution. Instead you bully me and treat me like crap. But I just got home..A weeks worth of work is gone thanks to your impatience, unprofessionalism, and discourtesy. Yes I'm going to tell eveyrone I know bout your horrible conduct and if they even mention Lighthouse rentals. I'm utterly and completely disappointed with you and your company.

Welcome to SLU Thena. This is just another case of abuse at the hands of these jerks. I just recently had another one contact me through my blog post about them. I'm suprised they are still in bussiness at all. There is absolutely no way they are as big as they claim though.

Thena, you know, given the way this thread has gone, you're probably a great deal better off with that asshole slandering you.

Once somebody gets to a certain level of as asshatery, (not to mention really REALLY bad typing) nastiness they try to spread about you won't only not be taken seriously, but will actually start to make you look good. I think its' a combination of a solidarity thing and the fact that held up next to somebody that nasty, anybody will look like a saint.
I'd imagine that if there are other estate owners who listen to this asshole, he's done you a favor by making sure they won't rent to you. I can't imagine that anybody would be taking what he says seriously unless they pull the same crap.

I saw his slanderous post in the For Sale By Owner group. Luckily people were questioning it in chat, pointing out that Chelsea Grigg is a well known content creator, etc.

I don't know what is wrong with this guy...I love good tenants and especially good business tenants! With so many people selling only on marketplace now, there aren't enough left, which is too bad because there are so many cross-promotional opportunities for land sellers and creators to help each other.

On top of that it sounds like these tenants paid and were evicted anyway...WTF? If God forbid I or one of my staff evicted a tenant who paid, we would be apologizing like crazy and giving them at least a free week for the inconvenience. I really really don't know how this guy stays in business.

I tried to remain level-headed and understanding of his position he just made it impossible with his constant stream of abuse and excuses. But thank you.

That's true.. if they believe someone like him then I wouldn't want to rent with them either.

I have submitted a AR report and so have the other people involved with the rental of the land, and the other people who were abused by him just by living there.

I wanted to show that he is indeed the rude person first shown in this thread. I attempted to maintain a level of courtesy with him but that proved impossible, so he resorted to cursing me and calling me names. Also, if this post helps someone save their money and time from renting with him that would be worth it in itself. Thank you for your kind words, they are very appreciated.

Ok, let's rewind! Before he destroyed all my super hard work that I did on my very first house...that turned out really good...and is now destroyed! This guy was restarting the sim everyday for four days in a row that I know of! So when we were getting some work done, all in the zone, [The sim will restart in 60 seconds]
So even if you do manage to ignore all the other warnings about how completely ridiculous this guy is, please KNOW, he is just as stupid about everything else in his real estate "business" as he is with customer service.
