Reading JLU meeting logs is always amazing, you can tell that they feel that they're invincible and above the "law" in SL, they talk about all this private information they're gathering as "ammo", wanting to weaponize it ASAP, not to give it to the cops, but to threaten and blackmail the person with it.

That's the real unabridged version of the JLU, a person might be a nice guy, but when they get involved into that sort of group-think, they become something else.

Don't know why you guys are still making thread title suggestions when I've already decided what it will be.

[17:55] BilliAnn Bravin Ouch--now that's really offensive to put a GL symbol on something like that.
[17:55] Melanippe KarasMelanippe Karas agrees with Billi
[17:55] Kara Timtam There are other Green Lanterns who will take exception to that.
[17:55] Jeremiah Pintens I'm a Blue Lantern and it offends me.
NOTHING is more offensive to the JLU than the use of the Green Lantern symbol by power-hungry nutjobs!

Group-think
Is that like a George Orwell double-think reference? I like that.

Very awesome group-think it is.

Actually it's a legitimate psychological phenomenon: Groupthink

The Bay of Pigs invasion was a prime example of groupthink.

How about instead of something cutesy for the thread title how about something simple and informative?

I thought you left this thread and said "Fuck ya'll".

Anyway, no matter what title picked, the JLU will assert that we are blatant liars because they say so on their blogs.

So, let's have fun with the title.

Of course, the Cuban communism that prompted the Bay of Pigs invasion was an even *better* example of group-think. But you apparently wouldn't admit that.

Exploits dont count! I do not care if it used to. I mean i do...but right now it isn't my main concern.

I rp at a place that i know it still uses...they guarantee it does not collect IPs..

The problem is with all this derail i lost track of what really is at stake.

So please someone enlighten and unbiased shed some light on this.

Thank you
