Funny that is not the reason you gave for your last account being suspended in Green Zone Users group chat. You clearly said that the reason given was disclosing chat on a 3rd party website (I personally find this unlikely). Either you were lying then, or you are lying now, which is it?

So it's nothing else than collecting blackmail material. Just what the Stasi did back then with all the info gathered via their "unofficial informants" who spied on family members, class mates, colleagues, neighbors and friends.

In my case, it is indeed hatred. I know my (quite thick, though court-irrelevant) Stasi dossier, and how my family and I was spied on by people we trusted, people who were believing to do the right thing. I had friends who were sent to jail with made-up accusations because they spoke up against that spying, just like anyone in the States would go to jail if they were accused to be a "terrorist".
Do I want to have anything like that in SL? OF COURSE NOT!

So just for your info: Just because something is posted in a pub lic forum, this doesn't mean it's public domain.
Here in Germany, anyone quoting or paraphrasing text that has been published somewhere else HAVE TO add the author and the exact source (on the interwebs: the exact link to blog post, article, forum post etc; in RL: on books: title, ISBN, page, paragraph; on newspapers: title, issue, page, paragraph) and with pictures published somewhere else they have to add all of the above, PLUS they have to have the explicit permission of all persons on the picture, and the explicit permission of the copyright holder (or if any form of Creative Commons, of the maker or publisher) of the picture.
Mail and email are not considered as having been published, and you would need the explicit permission of the sender to post any content of them.
While the text quoted or paraphrased still is the copyright of tht writer, it does not give you the right to claim copyright about any quoted or paraphrased data. The only copyright you can claim is the wiki itself (and even Wikis as such are meant to be Creative Commons).
As far as I know, the Copyright laws in other countries, e.g. the US, are not much different.

You didn't misunderstand. I was part of that discussion, though only for one post. My second post was made impossible by an IP ban on their site.

There are no other means than via IP-gathering and checking IP against UUID, and via shifting through forums and blogs to find out whether XY did mention any alts of theirs by name.

That is what he reported me for. The suspension reason was listed as ID verification. The reason for the ID verification by the phone support was a large number of abuse reports sent in for disclosure. On the date that I spoke with Vagabond. That is the standard procedure when an account is suspended over something stupid, they make you send in ID regardless of the actual offense if they have plans of unbanning you, seeing as you fire first and ask questions later you would not really know that, now would you?

And please stop trying to lash out at me whilst refusing to answer any questions directed at you without shifting the blame or changing topics. Why is Joshua Nightshade's page still there? Why is medical information relevant? How the fuck do you justify listening information about someones family, including their children? You stand by and do nothing, and then try and make petty attacks at people who oppose you. I'll take it that you were the one who abuse reported me from your response, you condescending prick.

A few people have said a word here that I keep coming back to: permission.

In my mind, the JLU are worse than copybotters. They take what they want which doesn't belong to them, then use it for their own personal means. For example how they take your private, RL and SL and medical information and store it on their wiki; I wonder just exactly how many people with their information stored on that wiki actually want it to be there? How many were asked?

I'm willing to bet they didn't ask a single person if it was OK to use their personal data, and from what I know that's a breach of the Data Protection Act , not to mention foregoing a basic human courtesy. I seriously think they are breaking laws here, to do with data protection and data security, and probably crossing the lines of stalking and harassment laws too. Even if they weren't required to ask for permission by law to store your information, it is still considered a basic human courtesy to ask someone to use something which belongs to them rather than just take it.

I'm also amazed at the apparent psychosis of most of the group members, who seem to think the JLU doesn't have any real leaders, or is a co-operation of people; if you honestly believe you are anything less than a pawn of your Lord Kalel you are delusional.
