My Mood: | SLB6 epic ARG! (alternate reality game) :P In the interests of playing along since I'm not smart enough (if I'm ever kidnapped and trapped in some mad scientist's huge puzzle game I'm totally dead), I got an offline IM a bit ago: -- Instant message logging enabled -- [11:16] Epoch Aeon: (Saved Thu Jun 25 03:35:02 2009) }%? :)99? @12? %} [11:16] Epoch Aeon: (Saved Thu Jun 25 03:35:08 2009) 01110011011101000110111101110000001000000110100001 1001010111001000101110 [11:16] Epoch Aeon: (Saved Thu Jun 25 03:35:14 2009) 01110000011011000110010101100001011100110110010100 10000001101000011001010110110001110000 [11:16] Epoch Aeon: (Saved Thu Jun 25 03:35:19 2009) SL6B Callisto 182.851,115.018,22.077 I was gonna ignore it until I paid attention and got the binary part (Save her, please help, etc) and the location of the sim so for kicks I teleported in. I've no idea what the first line means or what it is. Shortly after getting there I saw a notice saying to click the robot and got this along with an object (look by the flowers!): [11:27] BuilderBot Pro V6.5: ERROR CODE : 01010011010101110100000101001001010011100010000000 11000100110011001101000010110000110001001101110011 100000101100001100110011011000110010 [11:27] BuilderBot Pro V6.5: DEBUG STRING : Terrgf, V pna abg fnl zhpu ohg nalbar jub ragref guvf cnepry va 2009 vf va tenirfg qnatre. Fur xabjf abg jub fur vf lrg, ohg va lbhe gvzr vg vf abg gbb yngr lrg gb fgbc ure. V nz Rcbpu, naq V nz jngpuvat. Again, no clue what the text was, but the binary was another set of sim coordinates so I teleported over there and got stuck after finding two hints (along with a corporeal visit from Mr Aeon itself). I've a feeling I'd be aight if I knew what the other two pieces mean but I don't and, as I said, I'm not smart, so I figured someone else would be able to figure this out. :P It's a bit impossible to not tell that our own Logan Bauer came up with it but it looks really cool and well thought out. My own lack of smartness precludes me from creating something like this myself, so kudos to him for designing it. So now other people go play with it and figure out what to do and update me so I can live vicariously through your intelligence. :P Tomorrow’s Sandbox – Pregame « SecondLogan’s Blog |

| I would imagine Joshua used an online translator, like Binary to Text (ASCII) Conversion. Unless he can read it straight! |

| Figured since my name's now stuck on the progrss notecards, I'd join the forum discussion. Epoch has his own language, but the ring in the flowers provides a way to understand it. The script in the ring is fully modifyable, and can be used to create a decoder/encoder for this language. I will provide a few messages to help you if you still cannot figure out the decoding. On the outside of the skybox on the floor, there is a message: "send her squealers belt" On the ceiling there WAS another: "prime singularity cannot be stopped you must stop the prime mother who creates it" -This one has been removed. Why? I cannot tell. An additional message has appeared today in the sandbox. I leave this one to you. If you can get the Simone to tell you a message, along with 2 landmarks it gives you a hint in the language to open the color safe. Inside the safe I got iseekeeChane, an unscripted linking of various sized prims. Upon examining it, however, I found it to contain a key for a texture. The texture is of a dreamcatcher, with another key written in the water below it. I have no idea what to do with that key, nor with the one in Epoch's profile. I am currently stuck with these 2 keys, which are not textures or sounds. I will post again when I learn more about them. |

My Mood: | Oh ho ho, the ring! I figured out that something was up with the Simone Says game, I went through most of it and then it spit out that sequence of like sixty things and that's about when I was writing a note to Logan to go fuck himself. |

My Mood: | I have received things! :hyper: Last night, Epoch gave me an object called SLB6 Puzzle Piece #123 (which I've attached a snapshot of), a sound called "stop her," and an IM saying: Quote:

I reportz u k thx bai." :-P |

| I have received a notecard saying "this is the only hint I can give boko right now" It said you prefer IMs over notecards, I suspect they key he KNOWS I have belongs to a notecard then. I just need to figure out how to create the notecard using the key. Also, try the windchime. It contains a message in binary on a notecard. |

| Decoder Ring I figure it has been long enough by now. So, for those of you who have not yet made a decoder ring, I will release my code. Add the green text to the existing moodring script. Quote:
To use, simply say decode <message> on channel 0 or 1 (start the message with /1) I also included a method for encoding english in order to communicate with Epoch. Same as decoding, only you say encode <message> instead of decode.

| Mystery movies? I am combining this with my photograph (as directed by the windchime). The TV in the skybox is now streaming random mystery movies. Currently playing behind me is "A Shirek in the Night" (1933) ![]() Additionally, the safe now contains a 2nd item, but I cannot yet figure out the combination. |

Sorry, I lost many of my notes on the matter. It is also important to know that Jungian is not yet aware of who she really is. I am not sure if it would be wise to let her know just yet. Also, paying attention to the notes on the sandbox rules board, it APPEARS to be Epoch's writing, but there are no spaces except for the final line which I am told is D'ni writing from the Myst series. Please take time to read these messages, keeping in mind that as SL6B disables scripts, you must copy them down and translate outside the sim.
