It was a fantastic shot and even taken in a sim that is so close to my heart!

A visit to Devils Moon one night lead to something very close to love in my book. Too bad for so many love is fleeting. But I go on.

Honestly, Cale, I don't make a new look every day. This week's been kind of an exception. I'd burn out pretty quick if I was constantly putting new outfits together. Even after I do that, it's another 90 minutes to two hours to take pics, edit them, and write up the accompanying text. If I do two or three looks a week I consider it a good week!

Another reason SL is better than RL. I can walk onto a car lot without getting assaulted by a horde of salesmen.

I swear this thread just keeps getting better and better. Thanks for the pictures and the inspiration, everyone!

Okay, my modest contribution today. I was proud of this outfit because I pulled together (and modded) little pieces from other things to get the look I wanted. And I have been getting compliments on this sweater right and left - it's wonderful when such a simple piece of clothing is so well-made that it catches everyone's eye.

The setting for these pictures is Le Jardin de Resurrection, my girlfriend's recently-completed garden in New Toulouse Algiers. I'm going to do a separate post about the garden for anyone who cares.







Sweater, shirt, and collar: KIWI Jersey Jumper, forest
Necktie: Armidi, Gisaci Classic Italia tie, heavily modded in both color and shape to go with this outfit
Cuffs: Valiant, from the Grey Tweedy set, modded in color to match the shirt
Trousers: INDI designs, from the Hunter set (MHO hunt gift )
Boots: Redgrave men's leather sculpty boots

Skin - Brazen Women's Classic Lines II (same as always)
Hair - Truth Ivy Burgundy (same as always)
Eyes - MADesigns Eyes Awake Moss (MHO hunt gift)
Piercings - Enkythings 1L shop, Bonia piercing set, modded

One of the things I adore in Grady's last outfit, is how she keeps it so simple, yet impressive. There's not acessories stacked onto every attachment point. I am really going more easy on the acessories myself lately. A while back, I would feel I "needed" bangles on both hands, necklace, earrings, belts and straps everywhere.
