Please, if ANYONE can help me get this worked out... I've got support tickets open on both accounts, Kyna's has been 'closed' once but I reopened it and asked for further clarification.

The only advice I have is to appeal. Looking at your alt profile in world it has sexual links on it. Nothing wrong with that of course, but if you are around age-play avatars perhaps somebody made something from that.

it also has a link to a blog of yours that states the words *age-play* again with links to sexual elements. but perhaps again this is why they have viewed your accounts in the way they have.
Ageplay « Duncans Thoughts particuarly whilst you have a disclaimer there still may have raised a flag for them in conjunction with any Abuse Report raised.

Based on that I would provide full explanations for those links so they understand clearly your intention from them and add that to your appeal. Not sure if they are better at logging conversations these days, but if you log them perhaps provide them copies of your interactions with your SL daughters to show it's not age-play in the sexual sense. Especially if you know you haven't been near any sex bed stuff etc whilst they are there.

That's just what I would do to appeal if I felt the statement they have made is incorrect by providing as many facts as I could to support my case showing why they are incorrect.

You attempted to have a rational debate about something that people are completely irrational about. That's usually not too smart.

While people don't seem to have a problem with a fat 50 year old plumber in a diaper in RL, if that same plumber gets on SL as a kid to have a fantasy, it's ZOMG pedophilia. It's all bullshit.

Problem with SL you have no idea if it is a 50 year old plumber or a 13 year old due to the fact you can have accounts that are not age validated. That is probably what LL are aware of, and age-play represents them risk because of the potential for it to be a child who has logged on.

If everybody was validated as an adult, sexual age play could happen without these *risks*. I don't personally get it, but I am pretty sure LL has to react that way because of the lack of validation of adult status. So again to the OP if you think how LL view the situation you need to break it down on that basis to appeal.

just so you know. SL profiles can't be hidden that way (though maybe i'm confused and you aren't talking about SL profiles - in which case disregard what i'm saying)..

the "Show in Search" check box doesn't stop you from seeing someone's profile in the "People" search. Everyone shows up there.

the "Show in Search" check box only stops the profile from showing up on the "web" search.. and on that new 'main' search-all tab (because that uses the "web" search)..

but the profile will still show up in the "People" tab search (for everyone - not just friends). And everyone can see the profile who clicks on the avatar in "person" and uses the pie menu..

But if your account is suspended it hides it from search. Try finding 'Aesop Thatch' too.

I could see this being taken as age play. Even with taking a "growth potion" a child would still be a child, so they could take this being child play, but I would expect them to ban Willow as well.

Profiles only disappear when the account is perm banned. Suspensions, they don't vanish.

But by this logic there is no child to begin with.

What i mean is. Before Willow was a "child" they were a RL biological adult. An adult created a child avatar. So they took a "shrinking" potion (but were /always/ really an adult still, shrinking potion or not).

When they grew again, they basically just turned into the "adult" they always really were in the first place.

And so there was never even any child to begin with!!

You are trying to put logic into this is irrational, Linden Labs does not know what logic is. While the person behind the Willow avatar is very likely an adult, LL would see the avatar as a child, and not see the "growth potion" as becoming an adult, but just becoming a bigger child. With LL seeing Willow as a child AV and then Kyna partnering with that AV, they would see it as illegal age play, and they always seem to ban first and ask questions later with age play.
