Seriously..sarcasm button is off.

I've been a very vocal and vehement critic of LL for quite some time. therefore, when they do something right, I think it only fair to compliment them.

Last night, as I was preparing to leave for a business meeting, my RL sister in law called me in somewhat of a panic saying our sim [which we own half of] had disappeared. she tried to TP home and it...just.. wasn't..there.

Since I have concierge level support, I contacted a concierge helper via live chat. I told himthe problem and in about...15 or 20 minutes it was fixed. I got home toolate to sign on last night, but according to my sister in law, it looks like nothing is missing and everything is fine.

So, thank you Leo [the helper] and thank you LL for doing a good job!!!!

I think Sooz means the whole Sim was gone... which happens when a regions goes offline.

Whinlatter where I call home one day went down. I gave it about 20 minutes, then opened a support ticket (I don't own enought to get Concierge).

Being at a level below special, I got an email saying it was resolved and confirmed by popping into SL, within an hour.

For some issues at least, LL seems to have gotten their support team much more on the ball lately.

mine did 2 nights ago, went off line and well other people could go there but i couldn't lol. kinda banned from my own sim

Yeah, it was eerie... I mapped to the region next to Whinlatter, walked to the border, and gazed into the emptiness that was supposed to be home.
