Inspired by the conversation happening in The List thread, got me curious. I went and look up some Stiletto Moody pictures and they don't look bad at all, they look pretty dam nice and not just for tarts like Ann said.

With all our fashion mavens I bet we could get some great suggestions for the best Stiletto or place to get shoes. We'll need pictures of course.

Who makes a better Stiletto than Stiletto Moody? Seems that person is made to create the perfect Stiletto , even naming themselves after the shoe style.

I'm so spoiled by Fally and Armidi. Look at the crispness in the textures. The vertices have all been forced to the curves, to prevent jagged edges, and how the straps meld to the heel with hardly a shadow. The textures had materials sourced to them, but the light patterns are completely loyal to the material. There's shading to add depth and dimension. Each texture is unique. These are shoes for very picky builders It's obvious the model has definitely been optimized for SL.

With Shiny Things, her textures aren't always perfect, but her sculpts are flawless. So much love goes into these. You can tell she uploaded and re-uploaded and kept working tirelessly to make sure they fit and looked right, and she gets better and improves with every shoe she makes.

I used to be quite abstinent about Maitreya, but I'm happy I waited. She's another that's been steadily improving, and she's been learning the tricks to make her sculpts smoother. She still sources a lot of her textures from material pictures and it shows, but I bought a pair of her men's shoes and was actually quite happy about them.

If you're a builder, you know where your own challenges are, what you find hardest about what you do, and you just have to truly admire the people who can handle what you struggle with gracefully. You can also recognize the people who slaved over it too, and thank them for their steadfastness and perfectionism by spending your lindens there. I only have so much to spend, so I make sure it goes to the right people

I bought her first sculpted shoes, my god has she improved. When they rez, they just look great.

I bought Armidi and didn't like them that much but it was only one pair.

Maitreya where the most impressive sculpted shoes I had seen when I started buying them, the boots are fabu.

Fancy that, I am on my way to go look at shoes. I have to stay on budget though. I am saving my lindens for a trip to Disneyland next month for my mental health.

Some people go to therapy, I buy virtual shoes and stalk a mouse. And not that lame Honda one, either.

some time in january i will be redoing those , as I finally got my maya technique down for sculpting and baking. its on my to do list During the xmas holidays I decided not to release any items because my sim is a disaster and I have been planning on redoing it since the summer and starting this past week. I have always wanted to do a sci fi build and i am really having a blast

And you could buy six pairs of these
