Sorry to hear about your troubles

I popped onto Legends Online to see what that was about and TRU were there uploading all their textures. So you may also want to check other grids if you provided them permission in your contract to transfer outside of SL. Hope it gets worked out for all.

I will definatley keep my eyes open & hopefully if any other residents spot anything around the grid they will let me know (although hasn't happened yet lol)

I'm working on the damn tree's, I'm thinking I may need to go take some photo's from the national park where I am.

You're better off, her loss. She's driving off the few legitimate artists she's got and will be left with nothing but stolen Half Life 2 textures.

My only defence to that question Josh is at the time I joined I obviously didn't research and had no idea of what TRU was or is.

I do thank you for your kind statement tho and agree shes driving away all of us who genuinely make our textures, I've had conversations with quite a few others who have been thru this all with her.

My only concern now is that I never got any of my textures back, I am suppose to take their word for it that they have deleted them. However I am keeping a very close eye on anything "new" that lillybeth puts out.

You could always send out a pre-emptive email to LilyBeth stating that you wish for the textures to be deleted/returned and that you consider her license to use them revoked.
I know that should be implicit in the termination of your agreement but it would not hurt to explicitly state what you want and show that you are aware of the the situation.
I am sure that the owner of TRU must have had an email address to give her texture artists surely?
If not then send an IM from an alt (I think I read she has you muted above) stating the same.

Because she muted me I made it very clear to one of her staff what I wanted done, thats when she told me they had been deleted. Like I said though I only have her word for it, The other ex tru artists warned me to keep watch though.

I think you have done all you can then except as you say, keep a close watch on her activities in the other grid.
Having to take the word of a known thief is no comfort for sure.
