See that was Sarah's mistake. Most people would have logged in under a mysterious alt (I'm picturing an av called Hara$ Nerd that looks just like Sarah except with a monocle and a fake moustouche) and stated to all in group chat "I say! I think these cads at the labs are bang out of order and should go do the proverbial!"

Even still, if I was a supplier and one of my clients expressed disatisfaction I'd probably hang fire and at least find out why they were upset.

Obviously, saying "fuck you" to LL wasn't probably the wisest move logistically, as LL has the power to do whatever they want to your account. However, they certainly have it coming. I felt that way when the name change thing came up. They have a profound way of fucking over the very people who support them. It also isn't so wise to come into a thread where someone is upset and provide anything else but support. That is just tactless and a recipe for getting attacked.

Sarah, please be careful though, I don't want your rightful anger to provide them with any ammo to discipline you further. Unfortunately, Cocoanut is right - it does seem the only real answer for all of us is to stop giving them money, but it's a hard habit to break.
