Oh.. friendly word of advice. You mentioned that Lindens have come and love your project or whatever. Research what just happened with the recent gambling situation. Some guy created a "work around" to the current TOS rules on gambling. He had Lindens tell him that it was OK to use and that things were legal. This lasted all of a month or so as SL members reported and put pressure on the Lindens. In true Linden Lab fashion at the first hint that they may be held responsible somehow they folded like a house of cards and removed the content.

Lindens do not make copyright law decisions and they are not going to unless pushed. Rest assured though, somebody reading your words has already gotten it into their heads to make it a personal mission to show Disney lawyers what you are doing. One email will have LL delete your sim of all but terraforming in one flip of the switch. Beware of spending money on this project.

Well, lets see.... I have had at lease 15-20 Disney employees in here and they love it., 2 actually work for me. all have agreed that thee really is no issue with actual copyright law. A lot of people have created theme parks in RL and made things that look like Disney. Conney Island has it's own version of the tea cup ride.

Wait.. now not only have Lindens been amazed, but Disney employees (up to 20) have been too? Also you cannot afford a full sim (even now it sounds like you are only on an OpenSpace one) but you employ two.. let me get this right...Disney employees? Uploading photos from Disneyland, which is what the designer you ran off by being an asshole admitted to doing is not creating a texture you moron. And this is a FYI to anyone who takes this route in the future. Not a warning, just a "watch how you present yourself if you are trying to do something serious with SL". message.

SLU is extremely google optimized and conduct here could make a difference on if someone will sponsor, hire or even hang out with you. People use google to research your second life as much as the inworld search because it shows how you are in a more real world way at times.

And since I did not take those photos then they do not effect me in any way. talk to her about that, she sold them to me. But since they were taken from her camera she has nothing to worry about. you think if there was a law against taking photos at Disney, then Disney would not allow cameras???

As for the scripting. I want to see your scripts do the same things ours do. Come on, show me. DO IT!! lets see them.

Yes if you go OFF the path the walls are set to phantom. see setting as many MEGA prims to phantom as you can helps reduce lag in a sim. but seeing how you are a SL master you must know that already...right?
