| Well, I've worked with a couple of different combat systems in SL, and while there's a lot that's proprietary, all top secret hush-hush if I told you I'd have to kill you (because Grey would then kill me), one basic thing is that this Slayer system almost certainly will involve the Slayer HUD communicating to the Vampire HUD on some backchannel. Sooooooo All we have to do is find that backchannel, and figure out the message syntax, and in theory we ought to be able to script a device capable of killing every vampire in the sim. In fact, you could just put a device like that in your shop and have it give the kill command every minute or so. Now, of course, being an ethical scripter, I would never do such a thing....but I have a friend...... |
