It's always helpful to know who not to give your money to, especially when they themselves act like foamy-mouthed psychotics fresh off their meds -- over what someone said about their PRIMS.

Someone called Tenshi a bitch because she accused them of having a laggy booth? Silly. I'd say they got off easy if they weren't called dirty thieves before any real evidence was presented.(okay ZING! i couldn't resist)

Wow, I'm so glad that while shopping for hair, I saw that the Hair Fair was open... and passed on by.

She had PHOTO EVIDENCE.

I saw that booth and frankly, like most booths filled with stuff like that I panned away because it would take forever to rez and even I am not spending 2 hours working my way through a sim to find one hair I may like.

Okay i have a question for you guys...

If someone called your hard work "epic fail", what would your reactions be? "Thanks for the constructive criticism?"

Content creators should be held to higher standards than a writer for a fashion rag blog. Granted, Tenshi creates content too but it's not what she's known for -- nor what she stakes her claim to fame on.

thanks. my drama fu is strong today.

but really teh drammaz in the other thread is weak. i feel no distrubance in the force in this one though.

btw I really couldn't have done it without Tenshi so I feel I need to give a shout out to her for help in creating teh drama

also i'm surprised that the offender's pics that I posted haven't shown up to defend themselves. dammit didn't anyone go fetch them?

sounds like some people need a thicker skin, if calling a booth an'epic fail' causes this amount of drama, what if someone criticised their actual content?

I'm just saying, Tenshi had some pretty harsh words for this person's booth and she had some pretty harsh words back. I don't see the problem here. Isn't this all in a day's work?

Tenshi has her own way with words, and anyone who reads her blog knows that - for a snarky comment about a booth being a 'fail' to a response from the 'victim' who runs a business to be so full of venom speaks more about them than it does about Tenshi

there is such a thing as bad publicity

the better option would have been to take the higher ground/spin it, and come out looking like a profession business

It's not a "profession business" and blogs aren't real journalism. I just don't see what all the fuss is about. It's not like she threatened to steal Tenshi's first born son or anything.

I dunno. Maybe sl just seems so completely silly to me now that it just appears to be more nonsense on all sides instead of just on one side like some people are asserting.

I did not buy hair from you because your display wouldn't rez for me. I instead went to others who had less sculpty and therefore more rez.

And I want to thank you, because I will NEVER buy hair from you based on your childish, baseless, and unprofessional ranting on Tenshi's blog, your blog and this site. You are not doing your business any favours with your behavior, but I can assure you that your name is being mentioned to my hair whore shopaholic friends, and our money will be going elsewhere. I don't even READ Tenshi's blog, but your behavior here was a huge red flag.

So really, thank you for shooting yourself in the foot.

Have a nice day.

Thanks for playing smart Cindy but you lose.

That creeps you out but the fact that your best friend carries such personal vendettas against us and so many others doesn't? I don't hate Tenshi because of her post but that sure adds to it. She has attacked so many innocent people and ran a good portion of them right out of SL for no reason whatsoever. After we helped a couple of friends out and stood up for them against the horrible and untrue shit she threw in their faces it made us a target. She doesn't care who she hurts or whose day she fucks up so long as she gets off on hurting somebody else. So to hell with you Iris and anyone else who blindly follows that gluttonous waste of human breathe, Tenshi. Oh and lets not mention that there were far less strongly worded comments I made on SCD that never got posted. She waited and waited and just let her negativity wear me down until I posted something that would feed her fire. So how about posting my other comments Tenshi?

Hope your not talking about our leopards, Macha. The leopards in our booth are not sculpty or script and were in fact made before sculpties were even introduced into SL.

We are using 375 of our allowed 400 prims. we're using a few sculpties most of which are very basic and low rez. We aren't using any scripts except the split profit script. On the other hand we found some designers who were well over their prim limits and using a lot of scripted items which is not allowed...you with me here? Yet we are the ones under attack for lagging the entire hair fair? Give me a break. Then we're not allowed to defend ourselves without being called bitchy? Grow up people and learn something. Scripts cause lag, primmy attachments cause lag, large groups of people with ARCs over 6-7000 causes lag.

Yesterday was my birthday and Tenshi fucked that up pretty well for me with yet another of her baseless attacks. Today is my and Sheltereds wedding anniversary and thats not going to be consumed defended ourselves against something which we never should have to defend ourselves against, lies and personal attacks.

I guess I'm just done with this shit. Tenshi has successfully projected onto us the sole responsibility for all the lag at the hair fair. If you believe that you truly are not worth another moment of my time.

Prediction:

- ignores fact that many say they don't like Tenshi's blog but thinks this behavior is poor anyway
- claims that everybody is "siding with Tenshi" cos she hangs here
- ignores all the actual customer feedback (that some people pay for)

Am I psychic? We shall see!

Actually as the saying goes "If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem". Congratulations, you used 375 out of the 400 prims allowed to you. Doesn't mean you should have though. Just because I have a lot of prims allowed on my sim doesn't mean I'm going to use them all either. You made a decent looking booth full of prims and scripts in the middle of a lag fest. To me, that makes you part of the problem. And before you get all indignant again about how Tenshi "personally" attacked you and that we should grow up. You're the one who has gotten all sandy vagina about some random asshole on the internet bashing your booth (which hey also on the internet). Put on the big girl panties and move on. Also a little foresight would have been awesome, since you're so mature and all. Maybe it should have occured to you that a hair fair would be a dinner bell for every excessively blinged out e-hooker in SL to show up and great the mother of all lag storms. SL5B was less laggy than this shit. So hopefully you'll learn that in fairs like this less is indeed more. I somehow doubt it though and you'll just end up repeating this next year.

Thank you for taking the time to look it up, but I didn't spend 6 years in college doing post-grad work in English to be quoted to from a fucking online dictionary.

Maybe you're unfamiliar with how colloquial usage tends to creep into some modern dictionaries. That doesn't make it proper usage.

If you're going to write a blog and sound like you're halfway intelligent, try this, and note how "drivel" is actually the word you were after, and when you say "dribble" people think you have a 6th grade education:

Quote:
driv·el Audio Help /ˈdrɪvəl/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[driv-uhl] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation noun, verb, -eled, -el·ing or (especially British) -elled, -el·ling.
–noun 1. saliva flowing from the mouth, or mucus from the nose; slaver.
2. childish, silly, or meaningless talk or thinking; nonsense; twaddle.
–verb (used without object) 3.to let saliva flow from the mouth or mucus from the nose; slaver.
4. to talk childishly or idiotically.
5. Archaic. to issue like spittle.
–verb (used with object) 6. to utter childishly or idiotically.
7. to waste foolishly.
No reaching involved. No urban dictionaries that include tripe like "yo" or "whaddup" as real honest-to-god English. Proper use of proper verbiage will actually make you sound like you know what the fuck you're talking about.

You don't.

Now kindly fuck off.

But...TENSHI RUINED THEIR BIRTHDAY AND WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND BAR MITZVAH 20 YEARS AGO BEFORE SL EVEN EXISTED AND HOW DARE ANYONE QUESTION PRIM. LEOPARDS.

I didn't realize that:

1) Tenshi was that powerful
2) I was shopping at a leopard fair.

If you allow Tenshi to ruin your RL special events, your display aint' the only thing made of epic fail.
