Yeah, the new search sucks, badly; LL apparently paid no attention at all to the number of complaints they got about the new Dazzle UI (too low contrast, causes eyestrain, where's the 'classic' skin option?) until there was enough of an outcry to make them decide 'hey, maybe we should listen after all' (which only took 11 iterations of the release candidate). And now they seem intent on forcing those changes through in the web-powered 'All' search anyway, regardless of what UI option one has selected. I don't know, it could just be me, but when a significant percentage of the people who actually use your software are telling you they loathe the changes you're making to the user interface, and that said changes make it *less usable* for them, perhaps you should listen? But then, that's just me.

I stopped using the built in search a few months back...

SLEXCHANGE is a lot better way to search. Although you keep running into laughable products, every now and then you find things that you would NEVER be able to find with in world search.

Once I find the product I like, I look at its creator and then find their store in world. I only buy from SLEXCHANGE as a last resort -- some builders offer package deals on SLX that they do not offer in world.

Yes you may substitute your favorite other site like onRez, your Papa'sSearchStore, or whatever site you're a groupie of.... I am not associated with Slexchange and do not condone their other actions, I am just saying they're like eBay. While they're horrible people, their site does come in handy for finding things. :-)
