Where is M Linden and what is he up to?
I looked through the blog and saw nothing of note.

So I went looking at the management link on the SL website.
I see Philip is listed above the CEO, interesting.
I see the world map at the top has China and Japan dots, interesting.

So I went looking on Google:

I'm with Khamon. He's been there all of what, a few weeks? You have to fully digest how a place works (or, doesn't work) before you can implement successful changes to sustain or grow the company.
