Um ok, so if you mean me not being candid about having previously been to the Glam sim to purchase things (not just skins..), then fine...but err...who cares? Why are you so focused on that? Well, I'm only familiar with Armidi's women's shoes, and so the Handiness shoes didn't strike a bell, but the second one definitely looked just like the Vidalia pumps.

Thing is, Turbo Squid is a lot more generous and specific with their EULA than Renderosity, which expressly says that if you buy the model and maps, you can distribute it freely and even sell it within another game medium.

So as long as Armidi bought the model, sells it within Second Life and has a receipt, they're good to go. But it does hurt just a tad that they didn't make it themselves (unless it's just a coincidence based on the extreme generalness of the design) but they certainly didn't steal it based on that EULA.

First, I am speaking of you not being candid in your first post. Its not just that you have been to the Glam sim to purchase things. *I* have just been to the Glam sim to purchase things. You are, as you have admitted, a fan of Minnu and a hater of Tenshi. Not an impartial bystander as your first post made you out to be. That is what you were disingenuous about.

Secondly, lets get one thing straight. Minnu hasn't done shit for "the community." Near as I can tell, Minnu holds herself aloft from the community and does what she does to make money and for no other reason. Cris has done stuff "for the community." Flip has done stuff "for the community." Luc has done stuff "for the community." Minnu has done stuff "to make money." See the difference there? Now there's nothing wrong with making money and there's nothing wrong for being out for yourself. Lets just not confuse that with any altruistic motives of doing something for the community. Near as I can tell, Minnu is completely uninterested in anything that doesn't earn her a profit.

I wasnt aware of some "RULE" in the SLU forum that stated I needed to post in various threads unrelated to Tenshi in order to be considered a part of the community here. Ill state that, Yes, when I see Tenshi, ONCE AGAIN, try to ruin someones reputation, I will post on SLU.

That being said, I am free to state my opinion, when I want to state it.
If in fact Minnu is proven guilty of having stolen Danae skins, I will at that point refuse to buy anything from her. Until that happens, I am standing behind the principle of Innocent until proven Guilty.
