That's what happened to me when I tried to access my NC account to get back into GW. I think I screwed it up because I got the hint, and then hit reset or something. An email was sent with what I assume is a new password but I don't have access to that email anymore. I remembered the password thanks to the hint, but since I clicked reset, it didn't work!

(at least that's what I think happened) It said to call but meh... couldn't be bothered. I ended up making a new account for Aion instead.

I emailed NCSoft and asked for help resetting my password as I can't get their reset page to load. They responded with a 10-point process for clearing cookies and caches in Internet Explorer; nothing about resetting the password. And I use Firefox. I'll reply, asking for reset help again.
