I've got a couple avatars myself. I only have a handful of accounts (Not big into alts) but I have a number of developed and different looks, not just different hairstyles, but essentially new avatars. It can be a little weird for some people as I may switch back and forth throughout the day, then settle into one or the other for a few days.

It's something relaxing for me though, creative in it's own way. Course it also means there are so many more shopping opportunities!

Literally an alt zoom? Quick and easy zoom on docs and graphics and such. And is that part of the OS, or specific to apps?

And finally one for all the weirdos, you know who you are! Hehe. My human personas actually all underwent changes fairly recently, skins and shapes, more dramatic for the male look than the femal.

It's really hard to get a good looking guy in SL, and I don't just mean because of the lack of shopping options. No, shapes are limited as well, its far easier to customize the look of a female (I think) than it is of a male. For example you can't change the amount of muscle in the arms or legs individually, you have to do it across the body.

Granted that's the case for the female shape as well, but it's less of an issue there.
