Sort of an OS-wide screen magnifier. Hold the Ctrl key and mousewheel scroll/two-finger-slide up the touchpad, and it zooms the display in on the cursor.

Albeit then everything gets wonderfully pixellated, but it's still handy.

It's really hard to get a good looking guy in SL, and I don't just mean because of the lack of shopping options. No, shapes are limited as well, its far easier to customize the look of a female (I think) than it is of a male. For example you can't change the amount of muscle in the arms or legs individually, you have to do it across the body.

Granted that's the case for the female shape as well, but it's less of an issue there.

Hehe, you should check the creator on your favorite Josh bot. I'm working on v1.5 at the moment, have a couple things to put into it to make it cuter, some related to Windlight some not.

It is pretty fun to go around a sim in a couple of those and, watch people. Hehehe, you can get some interesting reactions.

Oh don't worry about it. I made a smaller version on my own and later collaberated with Josh to improve it, he created a custom pose for the avatar and has a special low-impact animation override (Of sorts). Josh and I have made two avatars so far, want to do more just haven't gotten around to it yet.

He sells them in his shops and deals with the support. I make fun little avatars and make a little bit of scratch off it.
